Before starting in hotel consultancy two years ago, Paul spent 25 years as
Group Financial Director, and Main Board Member in Irelands largest family
Hotel Group. The group consisted of three hotels in Ireland and two in the
United States. During this time, Paul obtained a detailed knowledge of:

- How Hotels Make Money

In addition, Paul achieved particular skills in completing feasibility studies for
new projects, putting together the financial package required and completing
the detailed operational plan for the business.
