At Bottomline Solutions our team is headed by Paul Taaffe, who has over 25 years experience working in the ever-changing hotel industry.

As a result of this experience, we have gained the skills, knowledge and know-how, enabling us to effectively assess a wide range of everyday problems hoteliers experience and to provide effective solutions.

For hoteliers we can very quickly establish if they are maximising the return on their asset, and if not, identify the problem area and provide solutions.

Paul Taaffe

Before starting in hotel consultancy 10 years ago, Paul spent 25 years as Group Financial Director, and Main Board Member in Irelands largest family Hotel Group. The group consisted of three hotels in Ireland and two in the United States. During this time, Paul obtained a detailed knowledge of:

• How Costs are Controlled
• How Hotels Make Money

In addition, Paul achieved particular skills in completing feasibility studies for new projects, putting together the financial package required and completing the detailed operational plan for the business.
